Wayusada is an Amazonian ancestral custom in which sacred wayusa leaves are drunk in the early morning. Participants sing, talk, and interpret dreams.

Team

Keely Testa

Keely Testa

Keely is a senior International Business and Management Information Systems major. In addition to the New Media Certificate, she is also pursuing a minor in Japanese Literature and Language. She serves as the team's Project Manager.
Isabella Martinez

Isabella Martinez

Isabella is a senior pursuing a Public Relations major, Political Science minor, and New Media Certificate. She is an NMI program assistant, a Grady College ambassador, and the TEDxUGA assistant curator. Isabella serves as the team's web developer and Spanish translator.
Elisabeth Kersh

Lilly Kersh

Lilly Kersh is a senior Journalism major with minors in German and International Affairs as well as a certificate in New Media. Currently the managing print editor at The Red & Black student news organization, Lilly is pursuing a career as a journalist. Lilly is the team's digital producer.

Anna van Eekeren is a fourth-year Entertainment and Media Studies major, with a minor in Film Studies and certificates in New Media and Interdisciplinary Writing. She is passionate about entertainment, social justice, culture, and sustainability. She serves as the team's Research and Content Lead.
Daniel Pysczynski

Daniel Pysczynski

Daniel is a senior Entertainment major, Film minor, and New Media Certificate student pursuing a career in media production. When he’s not holding a camera, you can find him on a longboard, playing the bass, or marching halftime in Sanford Stadium. He serves as the team’s Graphic Designer.
