OTR Solutions AI Assistant
The OTR AI Sales Assistant Team will be formulating strategies and producing a prototype AI sales assistant chatbot for OTR Solutions. OTR prides itself on their human account management and customizable services for clients but this dependence on sales and account personnel makes growth difficult. An AI sales assistant will ideally maximize accessibility to OTR for potential clients and increase efficiency for OTR's interactions as it collects data and directs clients to the correct sales personnel.
Mia Bonfiglio
Mia Bonfiglio is a fourth year Public Relations major who serves as our Communication and Content Lead. Her responsibilities include being the primary client liaison, facilitating updates between the client and the team, and overseeing all written deliverables to maintain project cohesiveness.
Michaela Dano
Michaela Dano is a fourth year Computer Science major who serves as our Lead Programmer. Her responsibilities include collaborating with OTR's technical representative, designing the OTR AI sales assistant, and offer guidance to the front-end development.
Danny Lin
Danny Lin is a fourth year Management Information Systems major who serves as our Lead Web Developer. His responsibilities include designing the website, developing the website wireframe, ensuring all technical aspects is functional, and maintaining the website for the OTR AI Sales Assistant.
Ella MacFawn
Ella MacFawn is a fourth year Marketing major who serves as our Digital Media and Marketing Lead. Her responsibilities include maintaining the project design and marketing, focus on the website aesthetics aligning with the client's brand, and spearhead promotional efforts.
Emma North
Emma North is a fourth year Advertising major who serves as our Project Manager & Strategist. Her responsibilities include managing the team logistics, scheduling coordination, and leveraging their sales tech expertise to ensure the strategic integration of an AI Sales Assistant into OTR's sales process.
