The CARE Center
The Cognitive Aging Research and Education Center, in partnership with our team, is taking steps to create a digital footprint that includes a custom made website, an original Brain Health Video series and the foundations of a social media strategy.
Project Components
Website
Provide a centralized digital location for the CARE Center that details their Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias educational resources and services.
Original Video Series
Film, edit and assemble a 7-part educational video series on Brain Health.
Social Strategy
Research and develop recommendations for social platforms and content creation.

Team
Allison Carter
Roles:
UX Project Manager, UX Designer and Video Producer/Editor
Allison is a UX designer, photographer and podcaster. Her career in photojournalism and life experiences allow her to bring a unique perspective to design work. When taking on projects, she employs a curious, empathetic approach with a people-centered focus. Her experience in generating story concepts, pursuing leads, conducting interviews, and capturing images, she possesses an in-depth understanding of what makes an idea worth pursuing. In May 2024, she will graduate with a Masters in Emerging Media.
Her next stop? A job working in UX Design and Research.
Alexis Faire
Roles:
UX Designer and Editor
Alexis Faire graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelors in Communication and Information Sciences – Journalism. Alexis has always had a passion for media and technology, so the New Media Institute at the University of Georgia was the perfect program for her. She hopes to have the opportunity to use what she’s learned from this program with her Journalism degree.
Alexis will be graduating in May 2024 with a Masters in Emerging Media, with hopes to pursue a career in digital storytelling.
Amelia Neumeister
Roles:
UX Designer, Video Producer and Editor
Amelia Neumeister graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Public Relations. Her professional experience ranges from graphic design to digital media strategy and she has a passion for all things digital.
She will be graduating in May of 2024 with a Masters in Emerging Media and plans to pursue a career in front end development. .
Adam Traina
Roles:
UX Designer and Editor
Graduating from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Arts in English - Professional and Media Writing, Adam has worked in large-scale corporate environments since with American Eagle and Universal Music Group.
In May 2024, he will be graduating from the University of Georgia with a Masters in Emerging Media.
