User-Generated Content
The entirety of the site is made up of users responding and interacting with one another. They steer the conversation.
Voting
Users have the ability to rank other users responses by up-voting or down-voting them. These votes are then stored and combined to give a total score at what people thought of the response.
Locals
The site is meant to be centralized on Local's opinions, since they have the most expertise on the Athens area. Their insight can be extremely useful to someone who is new in the area and looking to really get to know an area quickly.
Profile Creation
While not required to vote, users are given the option to create a profile on the site so that they can participate in writing topics as well as leaving replies.
